If Dance Floor is being used outside, it must be set up on a hard surface like concrete or wood. Or grass. It CANNOT ever be used on sand, gravel, dirt or any lose surface.
If Dance Floor is being used outside, client must cover the Dance Floor with Chic provided tarps upon conclusion of the event.
If Dance Floor is being set up on Grass, it will be the clients responsibility to make sure onsite Sprinklers DO NOT turn on during duration of rental. All pieces damaged by water will incur replacement fees (not covered by Damage Waiver).
